Rajan has a rich experience of sales, distribution, customer marketing, people management processes and practices across geographies, categories and channels gained through his long career of 25 years with Hindustan Unilever Ltd, the leading FMCG Company in India. He has also worked as a Capability Development Manager as part of Hindustan Unilever’s Go to Market strategy. He is a firm believer in the Training and Development of not only the company’s salesforce but also that of its distributors and their extended teams. Wisdom Consultants has been founded with his passion for people development and desire to share his knowledge, experience and understanding to improve the functional skills of any sales organization for excellence in performance enhancement.
